I had another good week... came away with another win bringing my record to 6-2-1...

I had two major choices last week... I choose Brees over McNabb and the Jaguars over the Colts...

I think after Brees's bye this week I'm going to try to trade McNabb... I'm going to hold onto the two D's and swap them out...

Needing a RB to tide me over while Tatum Bell and Julius Jones were on bye weeks, I made a deal... Jurevicius for Willie Parker... and then picked up a returning Bobby Engram for $15. Well, Engram shit the bed and Jurevicius scored a TD while Parker got hurt and subsequently lost his starting job in the process.

To make matters worse, I decided to start Trent Green (expecting a shoot-out) instead of Tom "Mr. Wonderful" Brady, the stud QB on my fav NFL team. Hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20, but had I started Brady, I would've squeaked out a victory and would be in a 3-way tie for first in my division.

For added salt in the wound, my brother (who is 1 game ahead of me and hurting without Holmes) swindled Larry Johnson off of my drunken roommate for Alge Crumpler Saturday night and now is back in the driver's seat. sigh. I can't wait for this year to end.[/rant]
